Mommies in Motion

Mommies in Motion offers total body Vancouver mom and baby fitness classes. All classes are held outdoors and require a sturdy stroller. Their fall sessions are meeting at Douglas Park Community Centre in Vancouver. Instructors are BCRPA certified moms who have been there, and done that. Or, if classes don’t work for you, you can also check out their personal training.

Mommy Moves

Mommy Moves primarily offers aquafit classes for new moms and moms-to-be. You’ll get to enjoy the water with your little one while fitting in a workout. They offer sessions at a number of pools across Langley, Surrey and Port Coquitlam. They even have a combined prenatal and mom-and-toddler aquafit class for those mamas expecting their second.

Runners and Booties Fitness

Stroll and dance your way into shape with Metro Vancouver mom and baby fitness and dance classes through Runners and Booties Fitness. They offer free weekly Shop ‘n Stroll classes at six locations across the Lower Mainland. They also offer free Zumba for Mom & Baby classes at Lougheed Mall in Burnaby and free Groovin’ Babies dance classes at Brentwood Town Centre in Burnaby.
