It’s nearly here, Easter Weekend. What are your traditions? We colour eggs, the elusive bunny appears at some point in the day and mysteriously hides treats all around the house and yard, and we have a special family meal. This year we’re doing a Brunch instead of a big dinner. The girls have specified ice cream floats, paska bread with plenty of whipped cream, and I think we’ll do pancakes and a frittata – before all the sweets.
